Welcome Horsemen to Hazel Park Raceway. The 2014 Harness meet begins
Saturday, April 12 and concludes with races on Sunday, May 3.

Post time is 7:30pm unless otherwise noted. The North ship-in gate opens at 2:00pm.

Forms and Health Certificate Requirements:
To race, train or driver at Hazel Park Raceway you MUST have a completed Stall Application, a Hazel Park Raceway - Hold Harmless Form and a copy of your horse's negative Coggins test results on file with the race office. In addition, you must suibmit a copy of your horse's proof of EHV-1 (Equire Herpervirus - Rhinopneumonitis) vaccination to the state veterinarian in the Michigan Gaming Control Board office at Hazel Park Raceway. Please be certain that your horses are registered with the United States Trotting Association for Lifetime Eligibility BEFORE entering.
The Coggins test results must be dated within one year of the date your horse is to race. The effective date for Coggins is the date the test lab certified the test results were negative. The effective date for the EHV01 vaccination is the date the vaccine was administered by your veterinarian. EHV-1 certification is valid for 6 months from the administration date. EHV-1 vaccination certification must be on file with the State Vet PRIOR to entry. Fax to (248) 398-7583.
